Dilworth Police Department hosting 2nd Annual Family Kite Festival 

The Dilworth Police Department invites you to Bob Marshall Field in Dilworth this Saturday for their 2nd Annual Family Kite Festival. Dilworth Police Chief Hunter Rawson gives us a preview of what they have planned for the day.

Rawson also explained why this was an event they wanted to put on.
