Dryburgh Shares Vision for Future of Hillsboro Public Schools
At a special Hillsboro Public School Board meeting Tuesday, current Hillsboro Elementary Principal, Jon Dryburgh, was officially confirmed as the district’s next superintendent. Dryburgh, who has served as the elementary principal the last eleven years, wasn’t initially interested in being a superintendent.

Dryburgh will assume the superintendent role on July 1st. You can listen to the full interview with Dryburgh at the bottom of this story. The district now shifts their hiring attentions from superintendent to elementary principal, in a search for Dryburgh’s replacement. We’ll continue to update you throughout that process on R & J News.
