Emerging Leadership Program

Two couples from the region have been recognized for taking part in the Red River Valley Emerging Leadership Program.  Joe and Tabitha Hass of Hawley and Elijah and Alison Swenson of Shelly were recognized last weekend at the Emerging Leadership Program’s annual banquet in Crookston.  Joe Hass talks about the program.
