Essentia Health and City of Fosston meet to discuss O.B. Dispute

City Attorney Stephen Larson along with a group of community leaders involved in the Essentia O.B. dispute met last week to discuss what can be done regarding the dispute between Essentia and the City of Fosston. The groups met with no resolution being made. An impasse was declared and arbitration will be the next step in the process. The city will have 30 days after arbitration to decide on how to move forward. The arbitration process is likely to begin in the Spring.
