A first half run gave the Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal Titans a double digit lead that they held for the majority of the second half to defeat the Ada-Borup-West Cougars 83-72. Trailing by two, the Titans turned up the aggressiveness and went on a 16-0 run for a 39-25 lead near the end of the first half for their double digit margin. The Cougars would just the lead down to single digits multiple times after halftime but would get no closer than five points the rest of the game. The victory snapped the Titan three game losing streak and moves their record to 6-7 overall with their next game coming on Thursday versus Fertile-Beltrami. With the loss the Cougars fall to 6-6 overall and face Mahnomen-Waubun on Thursday.
