VB Ada-Borup-West at Win-E-Mac (25-6, 25-22, 25-11)

Erskine, MN — The Ada-Borup-West Cougars took care of business on Tuesday night, defeating the Win E Mac Patriots 3-0, 25-6, 25-22, 25-11.

The Cougars cruised to a set one win 25-6 as Win E Mac struggled passing. Set two was a different story though. Win E Mac was able to bounce back and played much better, forcing Ada-Borup-West to play up against some adversity. It was tied late at 20-20, Ada-Borup-West would make it 22-20 and win the set 25-22 to go up 2-0. The Cougars would get back to dominance in set three holding the Patriots at bay at winning 25-11.

With the 3-0 sweep, Ada-Borup-West improves to 14-3 on the season and will be at Lake Park-Audubon on Thursday. Win E Mac will continue to search for their first win of the year as they fall to 0-11 and will host Fosston on Thursday.
