It was a match that went the distance. A rematch of the semifinals last year, and a match that saw the defending Section champion go down in five sets.  Ada Borup West needed extra points to win the first set, then BGMR would get set two. Set three saw BGMR get up 16-3. Ada Borup West came back and cut the deficit to five but would fall 25-19. Set four saw the Cougars run away with a 25-10 victory…and in set five, back and forth it would go, with the Cougars outlasting the Gators 15-12.

Ada Borup West is 22-7 and will play for a Section title on Friday night,  while BGMR ends their year 27-5 and graduate 7 seniors.
