Beulah vs Wahpeton- North Dakota State A Basketball Tournament

FARGO, ND – The Beulah Miners defeated Wahpeton 56-51 in the quarterfinal round of the State A Boys Basketball Tournament on Thursday night.

Philip Weidner finished with a game-high 21 points and 9 rebounds while teammate Braylen Schirado added 18 points for the Miners. Beulah plays Devils Lake in the semifinals at 8:15 p.m. on Friday at the Fargodome.

Brayden Steffens finished with 19 points and 4 rebounds as the Huskies head to the consolation semifinals for the second straight season. Wahpeton plays Dunseith tomorrow at 2:45 p.m.
