The Ada-Borup-West Cougars withstood rallies from the Cass Lake -Bena  Panthers to pick up a 76-67 home win. The Cougars would lead from start to finish and built a double digit lead in the first half. The Panthers would start to find their rhythm from that point and cut the lead to six points at half and were within three points in the second half. However each time the Panthers drew close the Cougars would make a shot or force a key turnover on defense that swung the momentum back their way to maintain the advantage on the scoreboard and come out with the victory. In the win Cougar Senior Austin McCraven scored his 1,000th career point.
