District 1 Basketball Tournament Regional Qualifier – Barnes County North vs Oakes

Barnes County North topped Oakes 59-58 in overtime in a Region 1 qualifier on Wednesday afternoon from VCSU.
Will Schwehr had 16 points and was one of three Bison with double figures as the Bison will play Ellendale at 6 p.m. in the Region 1 Boys Basketball Tournament on Monday from the Jamestown Civic Center.
Trey Skoglund had 21 points in his final game for Oakes. The Tornadoes finished 12-11 on the season.
