Thompson 62, East Grand Forks 37

Junior Sydney Schwabe scored 20 points and Thompson’s defense forced 23 turnovers as the 2nd-ranked Tommies defeated East Grand Forks 62-37 Monday night in Thompson.

Freshman Addison Sage added 11 points and classmate Kya Hurst scored ten as the Tommies won their 12th consecutive game and improved to 13-1 on the season.

Freshman Tatem Votava led East Grand Forks with ten points.  The Green Wave are now 8-7 for the year.

Thompson’s next game is Thursday night at Drayton/Valley-Edinburg.
