Edgeley-Kulm-Montpelier at Maple River

#10 Maple River came back for a 56-52 win over #6 Edgeley-Kulm-Montpelier in Division B girls basketball in North Dakota on Monday night.

EKM opened the game on a 12-0 run and lead throughout the first three quarters. The Raiders held the Rebels to 17 points in the second half and were paced by Violet Richman’s 22 points (4 three-pointers) and Brielle Killoran’s 14 points and 7 rebounds.

Mataeya Mathern had a double-double with 17 points and 15 rebounds for EKM. Maple River improved to 7-3 and will travel to Oakes on Thursday for a District 1 contest.

EKM hosts Ellendale on Tuesday in a District 2 game.
