TOWER CITY, ND – Maple River jumped out to a 7-0 run and never trailed in their 58-42 win over Ellendale on Monday night in Division B boys basketball.

The Raiders improved to 10-6 on the season and surpassed the most wins in co-op history in a year for boys basketball. This is the fourth year Hope-Page and Maple Valley School Districts have joined for basketball.

Carter Baasch scored a game-high 21 points while Tee Sylling added a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds. The Raiders travel to Wyndmere-Lidgerwood for a District 1 game on Tuesday night.

Eli Wagner paced the Cardinals (4-13 overall) with 16 points. Ellendale hosts Barnes County North for their next game on Saturday.
