Clearbrook, MN — The Fertile-Beltrami Falcons took control early in their game on Tuesday night at the Clearbrook-Gonvick Bears in their final game of the regular season and won 68-32.

Fetile-Beltrami used mid-range shooting and their inside game en route to a win over the Cleabrook-Gonvick Bears on Tuesday night. At the 12:37 mark of the first half, Bears head coach Lindsy Samson, took their first timeout of the game to try and regroup, however, Fertile-Beltrami would never falter and outscore the Bears 23-7 the rest of the half and take a commanding 37-16 lead into halftime and with nearly identical scoring in the second half, 31-16, Fertile-Beltrami would win 68-32.

Fertile-Beltrami finishes their regular season at 11-15 and will in all likelihood will be at home on Monday hosting a Pig-Tail Round Game of the Section 8A Tournament. Seeding will come out this Saturday. Meanwhile, Clearbrook-Gonvick falls to 7-17 and will play their final regular season game on Friday at Kelliher/Northome.
