Fertile-Beltrami at Crookston

The Fertile-Beltrami Falcons broke open a close game with a 35-10 second half run as they won at Crookston Monday night 77-54. Fertile-Beltrami led 37-33 early in the second half when they started their run. Drew Gullickson led the Falcons with 23 points as they won their fourth straight game and improve to 13-3 overall. Preston Hanson added 16 points and Gage Henrickson came off the bench to add 13 points for Fertile-Beltrami. Bryer Strem knocked down two 3 pointers and ended up with 10 points for the Falcons. Hunter Nicholas led Crookston with 16 points as the Pirates fall to 3-10 overall. Matthew Contreras added 13 points and Tyler Michaelson 9 points for Crookston. Fertile-Beltrami won the “B” Squad game 56-35. The Falcons will return to action on Tuesday, January 28th when they travel to Bagley (96.7 FM).
