The Fertile-Beltrami Falcons snapped the Fosston Greyhounds 5 game winning streak with a 54-51 win in overtime at Fosston. Bailey Iverson scored 15 points while Mya Erickson and Madison Stueness each scored 13 points for the Falcons. Tessa Opdahl came off the Falcon bench and hit two crucial three pointers as Fertile-Beltrami improves to 8-10 overall and 6-4 in the conference.. Lexi Mahlen led Fosston with 23 points as they fall to 10-5 overall and 7-2 in the Pine to Prairie Conference. Miley Hove scored 12 points and Teagan Duppong 10 points for the Greyhounds. The game was tied at 43-43 at the end of regulation. Fertile-Beltrami won the “B” Squad game 34-23. The two teams split their two regular season games with each winning on the other teams home court.
