Fertile-Beltrami vs Climax-Fisher

Fertile-Beltrami got up 4-0 quickly, but couldn’t get much bigger of a lead than that. Turnovers and bad free throw shooting plagued both teams in the first half as it seemed like neither team could find much of a rhythm. Climax/Fisher made the only 3 of the half but trailed by 6, 26-20 at the break.

The Falcons scored the first 6 points of the second half and shortly after went on a 19-3 run, which turned the game on its head making it 60-32. The size and power of Gage Henrickson was too much to handle as he put up 14 of his 23 points in the second half. That run essentially put a cap on the game.

Fertile-Beltrami improves to 17-3 and will be back in action on Thursday at Kittson County Central. Climax/Fisher falls to 7-13 and will also be on the road in their next game on Friday against Lake of the Woods.
