It was a defensive battle that came down to the final seconds, as Fertile Beltrami erased a 6 point deficit at halftime, with a 46-44 victory over Park Christian on the road.  Park Christian led 23-17 at halftime, but in the second half, the shooters started to heat up for Fertile Beltrami, eventually holding a lead of 7 points at one time.  Fertile Beltrami Junior Preston Hanson scored his 1000th career point with 5:32 to play in the game, and less than two minutes later, Isaac Jacobson, Junior from Park Christian, scored his 1000th career point, and that was a three point basket that tied the game at 40.  With a lead 46-44 in the final seconds, Park Christian drew up a chance for Jacobson to win it, but the shot was short, and Fertile Beltrami wins their 6th game in a row, while Park Christian has a 7 game win streak snapped with the loss.
