Erskine, MN — The Fertile-Beltrami Falcons Girls Basketball Team avoided starting their season 0-3 for the first time since 2019 after a 70-32 win over the Win E Mac Patriots on Tuesday night.

Fertile-Beltrami was able to take an early 10-0 lead and would never take their foot off the pedal leading big at the half and eventually winning by almost 40 points.

With the win on Tuesday night, Fertile-Beltrami is now 1-2 on the season and will be at home for a boys and girls basketball doubleheader on Thursday vs. NCE/U-H (Gold 101.5 FM KRJM). All games will be played in the new gym at Fertile-Beltrami Thursday, with the Girls Junior Varsity Starting at 4 pm. Win E Mac falls to 0-4 on the season after Tuesday nights loss. The Patriots will play next on the road next Tuesday at Kittson County Central.
