FB: Fosston 42 at Badger-Greenbush-Middle River 16

The Fosston Greyhounds traveled to Badger Thursday evening for a matchup against the BGMR Gators. The keyword for Head Coach Joe Woods and the group all week was “ready.” They wanted to get the bad taste of defeat out of their mouths from a loss a week ago, and they were ready from the start. The opening kick off would find Fosston recovering a fumble in Gator territory and then 2 plays later Ethan Gray would punch in a 20 yard touchdown run and Fosston would never look back en route to a 42-16 victory over the Gators.

Ethan Gray would finish with 2 touchdowns on the game, Gavvin Gray added a touchdown with 123 yards on the ground including a huge 57 yard run in the third quarter, and Quarterback Jakob Rudie added 3 touchdowns on the ground for a total of 52 yards on the ground and 108 yards passing.

Next up for the Greyhounds is a big matchup with Norman County East. Kickoff is set for Wednesday at 7:00 pm in Fosston. Listen to the game on KKCQ.
