Will Christen scored 21 points and pulled down 13 rebounds as the Fosston Greyhounds opened their season with a 67-46 win at Bagley on Monday night. Dawson Bailie added 13 points and 6 boards for Fosston as they start the season at 1-0 overall and 1-0 in the Pine to Prairie Conference. Ryne Duppong was also in double figures for Fosston with 10 points. Jackson Kaiser led Bagley with 17 points and 12 rebounds as the Flyers start the season at 0-1 overall and 0-1 in the conference. Will Gray came off the Bagley bench to score 8 points and pull down 5 rebounds. The Greyhounds will host their Holiday Tournament this Thursday and Friday and will face the Win-E-Mac Patriots in the first round on Thursday (96.7 FM). Bagley will return to action on Friday, December 6h when they travel to Littlefork-Big Falls to take on the Vikings. Fosston won the “B” Squad game (one half) 41-18.
