The Fosston Greyhounds jumped out to a 14-0 lead and followed that up with a 24-0 run to win their season opener at Bagley 83-25. The Greyhounds had four players enter double figures and were led by Zach Theis with 18 points. Carsen Boushee hit four three pointers and scored 16 points for Fosston with Darren Skala adding 11 points and Cullen Norland 10 points for Fosston. Jackson Kaiser led Bagley with 7 points and Elias Lafond and Zacary Bergeson each added 6 points as the Flyers fall to 0-2 overall. The Greyhounds led 50-5 at halftime and hit eight three pointers in the game. Fosston won the “B” Squad game 67-25. The Greyhounds will be hosting their 20th annual Holiday Tournament on Thursday and Friday, December 8th and 9th with Win-E-Mac, Clearbrook-Gonvick and Blackduck joining the Greyhounds in the tournament. Bagley will return to action on Friday, December 9th when they travel to Climax/Fisher.
