BBB Fosston at Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal

The Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal Titans closed the game with a 19-1 run to defeat the Fosston Greyhounds 62-47 Monday night in Ulen. The Greyhounds led 46-43 with 6:05 left in the game but would only score one more point the rest of the game. Bryce Braseth hit four 3 pointers and let the Titans with 20 points.  Ian Jacobson added 19 points and Brock Fox 12 points for NCE/U-H as they improve to 6-2 overall and 4-0 in the Pine to Prairie Conference. Will Christen led Fosston with 12 points and 10 rebounds as the Greyhounds fall to 4-4 overall and 4-2 in the conference. Ryne Duppong added 10 points and Kelton Gray 8 points for Fosston. The Greyhounds turned the ball over 28 times compared to 12 turnovers for NCE/U-H. The “B” Squad game was one half with NCE/U-H winning 21-17. The Titans will return to action on Thursday, January 9th when they host the Frazee Hornets. The Greyhounds will also play their next game on Thursday, January 9th when they host the Bagley Flyers (96.7 FM).
