The Red Lake County Rebels improved to 14-0 overall with a 5-1 win over the Fosston Greyhounds in Red Lake Falls. The Rebels scored two runs in the first inning on a two out two run single from Cain Cardinal. Cardinal went 2 for 3 at the plate with 2 RBI. Parker Nelson went  2 for 3 at the plate for Fosston as the Greyhounds fall to 5-6 overall. Gunner Halvorson picked up the win on the mound for Red Lake County as he struck out seven and walked two batters. Jakob Rudie pitched well but took the loss for Fosston. Riley Broden scored two runs for Red Lake County as they scored two runs in the first inning, two runs in the fourth inning and one more in the sixth. Fosston scored their lone run in the fifth inning on a groundout by Tanner Vig. Both teams return to action on Tuesday with Fosston hosting Nevis and Red Lake County on the road at Kittson County Central (at Kennedy).
