FB Fosston at Win-E-Mac

Jakob Rudie threw three touchdown passes and Darien Holzer caught three passes for 155 yards and two touchdowns as the Fosston  Greyhounds won at Win-E-Mac 34-0. The Greyhounds led 8-0 after the first quarter on a nine yard touchdown pass from Rudie to Jakob Manteufel. Rudie and Holzer connected on a 65 yard touchdown pass in the second quarter and the Greyhounds took a 16-0 lead into halftime. Rudie and Holzer hooked up on a 55 yard touchdown pass in the third quarter to give Fosston a 22-0 lead. The Greyhounds won the game despite committing 13 penalties for 145 yards. Austin Langseth carried the ball 16 times for 64 yards for Win-E-Mac. The Greyhounds improve to 3-0 while the Patriots fall to 0-3 on the season. Both teams return to action on Friday, September 19th with Fosston going to Argyle to play the Stephen-Argyle Storm (1480-AM/99.7 FM) and Win-E-Mac going to Fertile-Beltrami to play the Falcons.
