Maple River scored a season-high 51 points and rushed for 333 yards in their 51-22 win over Griggs-Midkota on Friday night.

Tee Sylling rushed for 5 touchdowns on 18 attempts for 169 yards while Carter Baasch added 107 yards rushing and 1 touchdown.

Maple River improves to 3-2 overall and 2-2 in Region 1 play before heading to Hatton-Northwood on September 22.

Griggs-Midkota dropped to 0-5 overall on the season and will host Richland in Cooperstown for their next contest.
