Thompson’s girls basketball team continued its unbeaten start to the season Thursday with a 62-32 victory over Hatton-Northwood in Thompson.

The top-ranked (Class A) Tommies forced 20 Hatton-Northwood turnovers and made nine three-point baskets in earning their eighth victory of the year with no defeats.

Addison Sage scored 11 of her team high 18 points for Thompson in the third quarter.  Kya Hurst added 14 points and Sydney Schwabe 13.  Hurst and Schwabe each made three threes.

Kennison Azure led Hatton-Northwood with 16 points with Elizabeth Pinke adding 11.

Hatton-Northwood is now 5-3 on the season; the Thunder play at Larimore on Monday.

Thompson puts its 8-0 record on the line Saturday afternoon with a home game against Kindred.
