Hillsboro-Central Valley erased a 16 point first half deficit en route to a 79-74 overtime win at Central Cass on Saturday afternoon.

Landon Olson evened up the game at 67 with an offensive putback in the Burros last offensive possesion in regulatoin. Hillsboro-Central Valley held Central Cass without a field goal in the overtime session.

Olson had a game-high 26 points and Jacob Brandt added 24 points as the Burros improved to 3-2 overall and will host Ada-Borup-West on Friday, January 5.

Carter Vrchota paced Central Cass with 22 points as the Squirrels dropped to 4-2 overall. Central Cass returns to the court on Tuesday against Wahpeton. You can watch both upcoming games on yourliveevent.com.
