BBB Kittson County Central 59, Climax-Fisher 39

Kellen Johnson scored 18 points and Eli Peterson added 14 as Kittson County Central defeated Climax-Fisher 59-39 in boys basketball Tuesday night in Fisher.

The Bearcats (5-2) led from wire to wire as they won their first game following the Christmas break. KCC outrebounded Climax-Fisher (3-5) 45-32 (17 offensive rebounds to 5), while committing 9 turnovers to the Knights’ 15.

Tyler Evitts had 11 points to lead Climax-Fisher.

Climax-Fisher travels to Ada-Borup-West on Thursday for a girls/boys doubleheader.  KCC hosts BGMR Friday night in Lancaster.

KCC won the JV game 17-14 (only one half was played).
