Kittson County Central would strike quickly in the first quarter once they took possession of the football.  The Bearcats scored through the air, from Quarterback Eli Peterson finding Kellen Johnson two times in the first half, and early in the third quarter on strikes of 11 yards, 7 yards and 15 yards.  The Bearcats held a lead of 30-0 before the NCE-UH Titans were able to find the endzone.  Both teams played without a turnover in the game, and some penalties ended up being drive killers for the Titans, but as a whole, both teams showed some positives during the season opener.  Kittson County Central is 1-0 and hosts Rothsay on Thursday, while NCE-UH drops to 0-1 and travels to Fosston on Thursday, in a game that will be broadcast on KKCQ 96.7FM.
