Lake of the Woods at Bagley

The Bagley Flyers used a pair of 11-0 runs to help them pull away for the 55-30 win over Lake of the Woods in the pigtail round of the Section 8 Tournament. Shayla Hvezda led the Flyers with 14 points as Bagley advances to the next round where they will face Kelliher/Northome at Kelliher on Thursday. Peyton Proulx added 13 points for Bagley as the Flyers improve to 8-16 overall. Julissa Matthias led Lake of the Woods with 9 points as the Beats end their season at 4-23. Sadie Fultz and Kira Thompson each scored 8 points for Bagley.  The Bears turned the ball over 35 times while Bagley committed 23 turnovers.
