VB Lake Park-Audubon at Climax-Fisher

After a slow start, the Climax-Fisher Knights picked up their energy to defeat the Lake Park – Audubon Raiders 3-2 in five sets. The Raiders had six ace serves in their first 12 points of set number one to open the early lead with a 25-15 win. The Knights settled their serve receive which allowed them to get into their offense and take back sets two (25-19) and three (25-15) to gain control of the match. Set four had the Raiders out to an early lead before holding on for a 26-24 win to force the match to a fifth set. In the decisive set the Knights picked up energy from a 9-0 service run early on to take all momentum on their was to a 15-4 set win and 3-2 match victory.

The Knights are now 4-5 overall and will travel to Park Christian on Thursday, while the Raiders fall to 4-6 overall and will go on the road to face Norman County East-Ulen Hitterdal on Thursday.
