Northern Cass used a balanced attack and strong serving to defeat Lisbon in three straight sets, 25-14, 25-10, 25-15 Thursday night at Northern Cass.

Carly Rider and Harper Rust had 7 kills apiece for the Jaguars (8-5, 2-4 in Region 1), with Olivia Olson adding 6 kills and Marley Wilner 4.  Rider also had 1 1/2 blocks.  Macy Murch chipped in with 4 aces.

Mara Nelson and Kamryn Hoff had 4 kills apiece for Lisbon (3-13, 1-5).

Unofficial stats:

Northern Cass: 31 kills, 3 blocks, 8 aces and 4 service errors.

Lisbon: 19 kills, 0 blocks, 2 aces and 1 service error.

Northern Cass will play at the Des Lacs-Burlington tournament Friday and Saturday.

Lisbon will host the Lisbon/Enderlin tournament on Saturday.
