Little Falls at Pillager

Little Falls committed only one second half turnover and dished out 15 assists as they notched their first win of the season 58-53 at Pillager.
The Flyers led for the entire first half, with the largest margin nine at 13-4. Pillager would cut it to three at the break with a 7-2 run to finish the half and Little Falls lead 29-26.
Three straight three pointers gave Pillager their first and only lead at 35-33 early in the second half, but Little Falls knocked down one of their 12 threes on the next possession to take the lead back. Another Huskies three tied the game at 41, but the Flyers answered again and would not relinquish the lead.
Little Falls (1-6) was lead by Trent Roden’s 18 points and Prescott Romaine’s 12. Jake Schneider dished out seven assists.
Pillager’s (3-4) Christian Hooge lead all scorers with 24, but was held to just five in the second half. Alex Brandt and Elliot Imdieke each connected for three long balls and had ten a piece.
