GBB Mahnomen-Waubun at Ada-Borup-West

It was a game of scoring runs with Ada-Borup-West defeating Mahnomen-Waubun 57-38.  The game was tied at 31-31 with 9:56 remaining when Ada-Borup-West outscored the visiting Thunderbirds 21-0 in seven minutes to improve to 11-3 on the season.   There were four ties in the first half with four lead changes as each team had seven and eight point scoring runs. Ada-Borup-Wets held a 23-16 halftime advantage as Mahnomen-Waubun didn’t score in the final 7:12 of the first half.   Mahnomen-Waubun slips to 7-13 on the season.
