The roller coaster ride was in full effect during the Raiders and Thunderbirds game Friday Night.  The game would see large swings in their scoring and droughts as Mahnomen Waubun improved to 3-0 on the season with the 76-62 victory.
LPA rallied from 17 down on a 17-3 run to cut the lead to just two points at halftime.  Mahnomen Waubun would begin the second half on a 21-0 run and held the Raiders off the scoreboard for 6 minutes and 33 seconds to eventually pull away and earn the victory.
