VB Mahnomen-Waubun over Norman Co East/Ulen-Hitterdal 3-1 (23-25, 25-9, 25-19, 25-23)

The Mahnomen Waubun Thunderbirds ended their regular season with a 3-1 over NCE-UH.  The Titans came out with good intensity winning the first set, but the Thunderbirds serving got hot as the match went on.  The THunderbirds and Titans both struggled with hitting errors, but it was the Thunderbirds that were able to place the ball in some better spots and take advantage of Titan errors as the night went on.  Both teams blocked well making it difficult for the hitters to get clean swings, but again it was the aggressive serving that was the difference giving the Thunderbirds the win to end the regular season at 8-18 while NCE-UH ends the regular season at 3-21.
