TOWER CITY, N.D. – The Maple River Raiders picked up their fifth win of the season in North Dakota Class B girls basketball on Monday night.

Maple River outscored Medina-Pingree/Buchanan 25-13 in the second half as the Raiders moved to 5-1 overall, while the Thunder dropped to 3-3 overall.

Raiders seventh grade guard Violet Richman scored a team-high 14 points, Aydson Hanning added 12 points and Claire Ihry chipped in 10 points in the win for Maple River.

Allison Thomas scored a game-high 16 points for the Thunder.
