Maple River vs Tri-State – District 1 Girls Basketball Tournament

LISBON, ND – Maple River opened the game on a 16-0 run and topped Tri-State 54-38 in the District 1 Girls Basketball Tournament quarterfinals on Friday.

Sophia Satrom finished with 16 points and 9 rebounds while Carly Hovelson added 11 points. Maple River heads to the semifinal round for the third place seeason and will play Wyndmere/Lidgerwood on Saturday at 6 p.m.

Taylyn Thomas paced Tri-State with 10 points and 9 rebounds. Tri-State heads to a loser out game against Hankinson on Saturday at 3 p.m.
