NCE/U-H at Bagley

Bagley, MN — In a game of runs, the NCE/U-H Titans squeaked out a win over the Bagley Flyers on Monday night 70-63.

The game started with the Titans jumping out to an early 8-2  lead. It was short lived however as the Flyers would draw even and the two teams would trade blows for the remainder of the half and would be a recurring theme for the rest of the night. In half number two Bagley would make their first big run of 17-4 and was suddenly up 47-39 after being down 35-30 at the half. Bagley would lead for most of the second half but it was when the Titans turned to run and jump full court pressure that gave the Flyers fits allowing the Titans to chip away at the Bagley lead. NCE/U-H would turn their defense into offense and go on a 13-4 run to close out the game and win 70-63.

NCE/U-H improves to 3-1 on the season and will host Crookston on Thursday. Bagley falls to 2-2 and will be at Win E Mac on Friday.
