NCE/U-H vs. Bagley

Red Lake Falls, MN — The Bagley Flyers defeated the NCE.U-H Titans 13-7 to advance and stay alive in the Section 8A Softball Tournament.

The Titans struck first in the very first inning capitalizing on back to back base hits to start the game as Izzy Ruud drove them in to take the first lead 2-0. Bagley answered with four runs on three hits in the bottom of the first to take the lead back. After the Titans were went scoreless in the second, Bagley batted around scoring six runs to take a commanding 10-2 lead. The Titans scratched five runs across in the third and fourth getting back into the game at 10-7. But in the fifth, sixth and seventh innings the Flyers shut down the Titans momentum playing clean defense and only allowing two baserunners.

Bagley won the game 13-7 and played again at 6 pm vs. Red Lake Falls.
