Fertile, MN — The Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal Titans use a five run first inning to build a comfortable lead and play stress free en rout to their 10-0 win over Fertile-Beltrami on Thursday.

Drew Jacobson pitched four innings for the Titans allowing only two hits and striking out 5. Jacobson helped his own cause going three for four at the plate and scoring twice. Fertile-Beltrami was only able to muster three hits during the game getting runners to third base twice, but they were never able to get across the plate.

NCE/U-H improves to 5-1 on the season while Fertile-Beltrami falls to 3-3.
