Rebounding and second chance points sparked the Ada-Borup-West Cougars to a victory over the Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal Titans 72-35. After the game was tied at 2-2 early, the Cougars went on a 16-0 run to quickly go ahead. In the first half the Cougars held a +18 advantage in the rebound totals, including grabbing 14 offensive rebounds that lead to 15 second-chance points, for the Cougars to lead 42-15 at the break. In the second half the rebounding numbers were more even but the Cougars found their way to the free throw line and made 17 of 22 free throws in the second half to prevent the Titans from drawing closer.
