Girls Basketball — Fertile-Beltrami 67 vs. NCE/U-H 31

Fertile, MN — The Fertile-Beltrami Falcons Girls Basketball team improved to 2-2 on the season after a 67-31 win over the NCE/U-H Titans on Thursday night.

The game started sloppy for both teams with multiple turnovers and no offensive rhythm. But after a timeout at the 6-6 mark, Feritle-Beltrami came out with full court pressure and began building a large lead. The Falcons would take a 44-14 lead into the locker room at halftime and win the game 67-31.

With the win, Fertile-Beltrami is now 2-2 on the season and will be at home on Monday 12/9 to play Crookston. For NCE/U-H, they fall to 0-4 and will play Friday 12/6 @ Breckenridge.
