North Dakota Division A Boys Basketball State Tournament Championship – Devils Lake vs Kindred

FARGO, N.D. – The Devils Lake Firebirds won their first boys basketball championship since 1925 with a 59-54 win over Kindred on Saturday night from the Fargodome in the North Dakota Division A boys basketball title.
It’s the second championship in boys basketball program history for the Firebirds. Wylee Delorme paced Devils Lake (25-2 overall) with 16 points and Joel Nelson added 15 points for the Firebirds.
Presley Peraza had 17 points and Jake Starcevic added 12 points for Kindred. The Vikings finished 25-1 overall on the season.
