Langdon Area/Edmore/Munich withstood a fourth quarter Bowman County rally to defeat the Bulldogs in a State Class B Girls Basketball Tournament consolation round game 54-48 Friday afternoon in Minot.

Jaya Henderson scored 20 points for the Cardinals…making four three-point baskets.  Teammates Jalynn Swanson and Meredith Romfo added ten points apiece for Langdon Area/Edmore/Munich.  The Cardinals are now 20-6 on the season and will play for fifth place Saturday afternoon.

Ellie Powell had 24 points, 11 rebounds, four blocked shots and five steals to lead Bowman County.  The Bulldogs are now 22-4 for the season and will be in Saturday’s 7th place game.
