Grovers use 27pt 3rd quarter to defeat Jaguars

After a low scoring first half, Oak Grove carried a 26-23 lead into the locker room. They came out looking like a fully energized team, using fast pace and press to force live-ball turnovers and score in transition. Carter Koenig knocked down five 3’s, for 17pts en route to the 65-51 win. Pierce Thomsen had 16 points on 8 made shots including 2 highlight reel dunks.

Myles Froelich scored a game-high 18 for Northern Cass, with 2 “and 1’s” and 8-10FT.

Oak Grove improves to 5-2 in Region 1, remaining 3rd place in the standings. Northern Cass falls to 2-3 and 5th place in the Region 1 standings.
