VALLEY CITY, ND – The Valley City Hi-Liners topped Northern Cass 70-50 in the championship of the Barnes County Girls Basketball Tournament on Friday night.

Madison Anderson broke a school record with 8 made three-pointers for Valley City. Anderson finished with 28 points and went 8-13 from the three-point line. The Hi-Liners will host Oak Grove on Tuesday night.

Haidyn Crockett scored 26 points to lead Northern Cass. The Jaguars (3-1 overall) travel to Lisbon for their next game on Tuesday night. You can watch the game on yourliveevent.com.
