Northome-Kelliher at Bagley

Bagley, MN –– Bagley has yet to drop a set in this young 2026 season as they ride their momentum from yesterday’s sweep over Crookston and turn it into another sweep over Northome/Kelliher to improve to 2-0 on the season (25-14, 25-15, 25-20).

The Flyers had a balanced attack as Mazie Hoie and Makalyn Hoie led the way with 6 kills and Kaley Thompson chipped in with 4. Serving played a big part in the game as well as Makalyn Hoie had 6 aces and Liv Palmer had 4 as Bagley had 14 total aces on the night.

Kiya Buentemeier was also tied for the match high in kills with 6 kills to lead the way for the Mustangs. August Poxleitner also tallied 5 kills.

Both teams have a week off before getting back to action next Tuesday. Bagley will play at home against Clearbrook-Gonvick. Northome/Kelliher will travel to Goodridge/Grygla.
