Fosston, MN — After a nearly 2-hour rain delay, the Fosston Greyhounds and Kelliher/Northome Mustangs go underway in the first round of the Section 8A East Baseball Tournament. Fosston batted around in the first two innings of play scoring nine runs on three hits and they were walked five times and hit by pitch three times en route to their 5-inning 10-0 win. The Greyhounds scored 10 runs on six hits while allowing no runs on just one hit for the Mustangs. The Greyhounds will play either Mahnomen/Waubun or Blackduck in the next round of the Section 8A Tournament on Thursday at Bemidji State University.
